I opened my home ispection business in 2005 as a ASHI Certified Home Inspector. I have been involved the the building trades for 50+ years and have a degree in HVAC.
I perform inspections on residential and commercial building usually for the buyers prior to the sale of a house or building. I also preform preinspections for sellers of properties. I perform a 500+ point inspection that usually takes 3-3.5 hours on site to complete. The written inspection report is a computer generated report that discusses all issues we saw in the building along with pictures of problem areas. Our reports are completed within 24 hours of the inspection and e-mailed to the client and realtor, a hard copy is mailed out the next day Priority Mail. We are also licensed to perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspections & Certifications (Termite Inspections) & Conduct Radon Testing.
