THE Plumbing
and HVAC Guy
A second generation Master Plumber and Mechanical Contractor, Kenny Hart has
more than thirty years of experience in the mechanical fields. He currently
chairs the Building Practices and Trades Division of the Alpha College of Real
Estate located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
He served on the Technical Committee for the American Society of Home
Inspectors for three years, including one year as the chairman. He has served
on their Membership Committee and Standards Committee as well. Kenny is
experienced in all areas of the home inspection profession. His writings and
contributions to trade journals and newspapers and his presentations to home
inspector and real estate organizations have earned him the respect of his
peers.

W. David Goldstein has been involved in the home inspection profession since
1974 and has performed thousands of inspections on residential, commercial and
industrial properties ranging in age from still-under-construction to over 300
hundred years old. David has been training men and women to become home
inspectors for over 15 years. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland.
A member of ASHI since 1986, David has served as a National Officer in ASHI and
on the Board of Directors, as well as President of two different chapters. He
is a New Jersey Licensed Building Inspector and Plumbing Inspector,
Construction Official and Sub-Code Official and formerly licensed as a Fire
Protection Inspector. He is also a state certified Pest Control Operator and
Radon Measurement Technician.
David is a frequent speaker at national, state and local educational seminars
for ASHI, NAHI, attorneys, real estate organizations, appraisal groups, state
agencies and others.
