He currently chairs the Building Practices and Trades Division of the Alpha College of Real Estate located in Chesapeake, Virginia. He served on the Technical Committee for the American Society of Home Inspectors for three years, including one year as the chairman. He has served on their Membership Committee and Standards Committee as well. Kenny is experienced in all areas of the home inspection profession. His writings and contributions to trade journals and newspapers and his presentations to home inspector and real estate organizations have earned him the respect of his peers.
